To lose weight and stay healthy, you need to start exercise. Aim for 40 minutes exercise 3-5 times a week to get stared. Keep in mind, when start exercise you try to lose your full calories.
Take drink at least two liters of water each day. Water has the double effect of both hydrating your body and filling your stomach with a certain volume of a liquid that has zero calories. Medicine institute determined that man should take 3 liters water a day. And women should take 2.2 liters of total beverages a day.  Before 30 minutes of your meal you should drink water.
